Matthew Slendebroek, MD
Dr. Matthew Slendebroek is from Hudsonville, Michigan. He and his four biological siblings were adopted by the Slendebroek family when he was nine years old. He has eight sisters and two brothers. He and his wife Jodi, have 3 children: Judah (12), Cesar (3) and Nancy (4 months). He graduated with an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan. He graduated from medical school at the MSU College of Human Medicine in 2006 and completed his residency in Family Medicine at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Chicago in 2009.
Dr. Slendebroek’s mission is to help guide his patients through their life long journey of health and wellness. For WHC he is a collaborating physician, offering consultation and advice where needed to our providers. He has a passion for mental wellness, sexual health, adolescent medicine and sports medicine. When he’s not working he enjoys watching and coaching his kids in football, lacrosse, and wrestling.
